With an MBA in International Business from Cardiff University and a BE in Computer Science, Sandeep has enjoyed a global career graph spanning Sales, Learning and Development, and Quality Assurance in global-best companies like Qatar Airways and dU Telecom Dubai. He has designed and executed Development and Assessment Centers, trained large teams of multinational staff on products and systems, designed policies and processes, handled recruitment, and been instrumental in implementing organization-level transitions, during his tenure.

Working in a multi-cultural city like Dubai gave him the opportunity to manage and work with people from different nationalities, ethnic backgrounds, and perspectives; apart from the excitement of being a part of the pilot team that helped launch a world-class telecom leader like dU. In Qatar Airways, he was a part of the core ‘Operational Readiness and Airport Transition’ team deployed to help the five-star airline transit its operations to the new, world-class Hamad International Airport inaugurated in 2014. Currently, Sandeep has joined the Management Team at GREI as the Executive Director and oversees the project management, business development and partnerships.

Holding a doctorate in ‘Environmental awareness in Jainism’ and Post Graduate Degrees in English & Philosophy, Dr. Geetha Ramanujam is an established educationist, award winning play-wright and director, acclaimed freelance journalist in both Kannada and English, successful counsellor, recognized public speaker and philosopher.

With 36 years of teaching experience, she retired in the capacity of Principal from National College Jayanagar, Bangalore. She has toured extensively as an invited speaker in the capacity of an educationalist and philosopher at various International conferences across UK, US and South East Asia.

An ardent promoter of the environment, she received a gold medal for her doctoral thesis on ‘ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS AND AHIMSA’
